The international women’s day on 8th March 2022 was celebrated under the esteemed guidance of Mrs. Pallavi Kulkarni, Secretory, SIONS & Dr.Jyotsna Deshpande, Research chair person, TNAI state branch & Principal, SIONS.
The chief guest was Dr. Alka Rajendra Mane, Mane hospital, Daund ,the guest of honour was Dr.Surekha S. Pol, THO (taluka health officer), Daund & the special guest for the celebration was Dr.Vidya Rajendra Sathe, Medical Superintendent, Sathe hospital, Daund. The occasion was graced by the presence of Dr. Sameer S. Kulkarni,Vice President , Daund medical Foundation & Medical Superintendent of Pyramid hospital.
On the occasion of international women’s day, we felicitated 25 covid worriers of Daund taluka by TNAI certificates & gifts. Quiz competition, panel discussion, slogan competition was also arranged by the institution. Winners were presented with the certificates & gifts. There was a cultural event for the audience. More than 200 participants participated in the event of international women’s day on 8th March 2022.
